Technical Support Our telephone dictation systems are online 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Clients may “upload” their digital handheld recordings 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Technical Support is available by phone or email Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.	Transcription Support Customer Service is available by phone or email Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
