Mr. Basu was formerly a consultant at McKinsey & Company and Managing Director of Tandon Capital Associates, a bank advisory firm in New York with acclaimed work on global and regional bank stock improvements through holistic re-engineering programs. He has 14+ years of experience in strategy, business process redesign and management roles. He has a Ph.D. in Business Economics. Anirudha is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of CIANT Corporation. He is by contract for a period of 2 years (renewable) committed to 50 percent of his time dedicated to ipMedica' s business activities, in roles not limited to maximizing shareholder value, business strategy and oversight.

David B. Rosen
Mr. Rosen spent the bulk of his career in various marketing and management positions at Republic New York, the $50 billion international banking company. As a Managing Director of the Consumer Bank, he oversaw marketing, product management and development activities and was instrumental in the formation of Republic’s electronic commerce subsidiary. During the past two years, he has focused his attention on the healthcare market as co-founder of the "I Feel Good Network", an innovative direct-to-consumer internet-powered television network. Dave as full time CEO will responsible for the organization globally and for all operating decisions.

Sunny Bhattacharjee
Mr. Bhattacharjee has held various technical, management and consulting positions during the past 12+ years, at Nortel & MCI, in planning, developing and implementing Voice and Data networks, features and enterprise applications. He has an MS in Computer Science. Currently he is the President & Chief Technology Officer of CIANT Corporation. He is by contract for a period of 2 years (renewable) committed to 50 percent of his time dedicated to ipMedica' s technology planning, coordination of R&D with operating staff, and the development of a strong technology organization for continued innovative products and services.

Ira Lieberman
Mr. Lieberman has over 18 years of experience in a variety of sales related functions in healthcare. He has extensive experience in sales management, new business development and marketing of health care and consumer products. He co founded the I Feel Good Network LLC. He served as President of C&I Associates, Inc., an independent sales and marketing company specializing in software based diagnostic solutions and equipment for both hospital and private practitioners. Previously he served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Probe Research Corporation, a firm specializing in research materials for the telecommunications industry and Northeast Director of Sales for Dental Research Corporation, a marketer of first powered plaque removal system for home use. Ira will be responsible for the sales and distribution for the company.

Ronald Gold
Ron is President of Ramko Sales Associates, a leading marketer of generic pharmaceutical and vitamin products. Ramko, founded in 1977, focuses sales and marketing to major drug store chains such as CVS, Walgreen and Rite Aid. As President and Founder of Genesis Products and Rising Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Gold also markets a line of niche vitamins and prescription pharmaceuticals through major drug store chains and wholesalers such as Bergen Brunswick, McKesson, Cardinal Health and many others. In his part-time role Ron will be advising on and executing various strategic alliances.

Debasis Nanda
Mr. Nanda is currently a Software Engineer with CIANT Corporation. Previously he has executed projects in United Kingdom and Sweden in hand held wireless devices, computer telephony integration and software development for text to speech and speech to text applications. He has 5 years industry experience and has a B.S. in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering. During the past 6 months Debasis has been the program leader for the development of TelMedica suite directing the work of 4 developers and taking lead role for the Telephony aspects of all development.
